- This contract concerns the supply of agricultural-type tractors with a power of 50 horsepower.
This is a supply contract with successive orders (mono-contractor framework agreement). The contracting authority is only bound by the purchase orders that it drafts as and whenits needs.
The quantities indicated in the inventory are presumed and in no way contractual. These are not minimum or maximum quantities. These are given for information only. Nevertheless and in all cases, the total amount of orders over the entire duration of the contract may not exceedser 500,000 EUR excluding VAT.
