- Supplies of polyethylene bags intended for the selective collection of organic waste. Supply market of approximately 2,700,000 20 liter PE bags per year intended for the selective collection of organic waste. This market has for subject to the supply of polyethylene bags intended for the selective collection of various food scraps, fruit and vegetable waste, coffee grounds and tea bags, small garden waste, biodegradable animal litter, door-to-door, organized by in BW for the municipalities of the Province of Walloon Brabant and Braine-le-Comte. The supplies will be delivered according to the administrative and technical clauses detailed in these special specifications as well as following the indications additional information given by the managing official or the competent intermunicipal agents. These bags will have a printed text. A maximum of 3 different printed texts can be ordered. The bags will be pale green in color (e.g. Pantone green clear 368). With the exception of so-called exemption bags which will be dark green in color e.g. (Pantone dark green 6005). The exact 2 RALs will be specified at the time of notification of the contract. The quantities mentioned are indicative and do not bind the Contracting authority. The unit prices given by the successful bidder will remain unchanged, regardless of the quantities actually ordered.
