For its general operation, radio and television programs, VRT needs various newspaper and magazine subscriptions; both national and international, print or digital. These subscriptions are a crucial source of information. Goes for this VRT is looking for a partner to manage these subscriptions. Subscription manager for the paper version Delivery location: Various locations, including the broadcast center and specific addresses. Explanation: This lot includes the full delivery of subscriptions to newspapers and magazines, with two delivery methods: -Standard delivery from the publisher, with delivery by 7am. -Early delivery, whereby certain newspapers and magazines must be delivered unconditionally between 4 am and 5 am. The list of titles for which this early delivery is mandatory is determined by the contracting authority and can be adapted according to needs. The tenderer must take all necessary measures to guarantee both forms of delivery. In GC 2.1 the the tenderer must explain how he will practically organize this service, including the guaranteed delivery times before 5 am.
