- This contract is a service contract divided into two tranches. A. A firm phase for the purpose of: - The study of all the renovation work on the supervision and automation equipment (14 automatons and 9 supervision stations) present on the Ron inclined plane sitequieres, the Feluy guard gate, the demerger station and the hydroelectric power station; - Assistance to the contracting authority in drafting the technical documents necessary for the award of the works contract; - Assistance to the contracting authority in the drafting of documentstechniques necessary for the analysis of offers and the conclusion of the works contract. B. A conditional tranche aimed at assisting the contracting authority in monitoring the execution of the work until its final acceptance. The details of the positions in the conditional tranche arefound in inventory. A general description of the equipment on the Ronquieres inclined plane can be found in the appendix to this CSC. The strengthening of the conditional tranche will take place in the year following the execution of the firm tranche and will depend on the available budget, the needs of the government.oir adjudicator as well as the results of the study which is the subject of the firm tranche. Absence of allotment: due to the very purpose of the contract it is impossible to envisage its division into lots; In particular, complete monitoring of the project should be ensured by the company that carried out the project....
