Description:
Tenders are invited for Study on Measuring Performance of Dynamic Airspace Management. EUROCONTROL* is an intergovernmental organisation with 41 Member and 2 Comprehensive Agreement States. We are committed to building, together with our partners, a Single European Sky that will deliver the air traffic management (ATM) performance required for the twenty-first century and beyond. Technical subject matter: Under the PRC work programme, the operational performance review service (OPS) is tasked to study and develop operational performance measures. The topic of dynamic airspace management has gained higher visibility over the past years. In light of the political priorities (e.g. environmental goals) higher levels of operational efficiency also impact the tactical and dynamic management of the airspace, the demand for airspace and associated user needs and requirements. To advance the work, the PRC is interested in developing a future oriented set of performance metrics to support the monitoring of the transformation of today-s collaborative airspace management process (e.g. Flexible Use of Airspace) to holistic dynamic airspace management. The work shall be produced during QIV 2022 and QI 2023 and serve as an input to the Performance Review Report PRR. Tender Closing Date: 26-08-2022
