- Purpose of the contract Study, installation, adjustment and supply of audio visual content, equipment and scenographic lighting for Carré Janson in Tournai Scope of services • The successful bidder for lot 1 must design, produce and install the scenographic content. • The successful bidder for lot 2 will have to study, supply, install and adjust the scenographic equipment. • The successful bidder for lot 3 will have to study, supply, install and adjust the lighting for Carré Janson in Tournai. Financing The The investment budget is estimated at a total package of €275,000 excluding VAT for all the services described. o LOT 1: Production and integration of audiovisual content ~138,000€ excluding VAT o LOT 2: Supply, delivery, installation and adjustment of equipment audiovisual ~€99,000 excluding VAT o LOT 3: Supply, delivery, installation and adjustment of scenographic lighting ~€38,000 excluding VAT Project authors The mission is led by the temporary association TANK + DDGM + RE LAB + PROTOTYPE + PONCTUELLE. General remarks The The contracting authority draws the attention of tenderers to the following constraints: Several companies will be able to operate simultaneously on the site.
