- This market concerns the realization of a study relating to the description and analysis of the Operation and the Police Organization as part of the centers for the management of sexual violence - CPVS (+ see point 20. Description of the market) . The objective is twofold: on the one hand, the description and the analysis of the current police functioning within the CPVS and on the other hand, determine the organization (s) of organization (the) more effective (s) for the police functioning within the framework of CPVS. And for these 2 objectives, more specifically: - Describe the operation of the police services collaborating with the existing 10 CPVs - Analyze and describe good common practices and procedures - Determine any sources of difficulties for the application of the CPVS model within Police services - Propose short -term realistic solutions in order to improve 1) current police operation as part of the CPVS model and 2) the organization of the police in the wider framework of the CPVS, taking into account the Legal, regulatory constraints and the organization of the police in Belgium (cf. the operation of the integrated police) - Analyze ...
