Description:
The assignment includes the re -use of the old parsonage as well as the reclassification of the existing town hall in Roosdaal
The former parsonage is furnished as a wedding room (with kitchen), library, together with some services from the town hall
In addition, a new building is also provided for The plumb
A reclassification of the existing town hall is also requested as an additional part of the assignment.
The assignment of the redesign of the former parsonage will be fully executed; The services for the redesign of the existing town hall will be stopped after phase preliminary draft. In other words, only a preliminary draft is expected from the service provider for the redesign of the town hall (only ground floor).
The contracting authority reserves the right not to grant the contract for the works if the total cost of the project considerably exceeds the loans provided for in the multi -year plan. In that case, the procedure can be terminated without award without any compensation due to the contractor (designer). In that case, the designer is of course reimbursed for the performance already delivered.
The intellectual property rights to the preliminary draft of the town hall, including all accompanying documents, will be fully and exclusive after the phase preliminary draft over...
