Description:
The purpose of this market is to appoint a design office in special techniques in order to carry out a complete mission of studies and control of the modernization work of the main boiler of the building G011. The service mission will be divided into 2 phases: • Phase 1: Pre-study of feasibility of modernization/renovation of the heating productions of buildings to the left of the avenue de la Faculty by descending to the station (CFR the 2 annexes taking up the list of the buildings concerned as well as the site plan) taking into account the following points: or attention points • Study to be taken into account of the energy performance of buildings and potential savings (insulation of attic, insulation of facades, etc.) allowing to size existing and future thermal needs • Study to be made into account of a comparison of different sources of energy Potential and in particular decarbon or mixed solutions to offer (cogenerator, wells, plates boiler, PAC, etc.). • Study taking into account an identical and homogeneous regulation for all the boiler rooms, with an open architecture incorporating a centralized GTC O depending on several Scenarii • Potential of a mini urban heating network incorporating our main boiler room in the G011 as well as all the boilers of the Cavant buildings, with the possible medium -term integration to integrate an urban heating network envisaged by the municipality from the In ...
