As part of the ongoing maintenance and renovation of its housing, SRL Herstal has decided to invest €80,000 per year in the renovation of the surroundings of its housing and its building commons. The exact location of construction sites is determined based on emergencies that occur at the site. over time (Evolution of deterioration of old paving and concrete.) There are overall 30% of construction sites in the common areas of large buildings and 70% of construction sites around small buildings of 1 to 4 housing units. The market is established for a period of 4 years with a distribution of €80,000 per year. The quantities and their distribution across positions are estimated and will be ordered gradually according to needs. These will be the subject of specific and one-off orders for areas between +/- 15 and +/- 80m2.
