The SLSPs which fulfill a regional public service mission, have the main missions to manage and rent housing to the most in favor. The purpose of this market is to purchase materials and accessories intended to supply the stock in order to ensure the interventions that the company's working -class management is led to execute. This market is a joint market in that, in accordance with article 48 of the law of June 17, 2016, the market has passed on behalf of different contracting powers which, in the general interest, have gathered within a single market.
