BH-P LOGEMENTS is a public service company subject to the corporate code with the exception of materials set by the Walloon Housing Code. The SLSPs which fulfill a mission of regional public service, have the main missions to manage and rent social housing, average housing, transit and integration to the most precarious people. This market is a joint market in that, in accordance with article 48 of the law of June 17, 2016, the market has passed on behalf of different contracting powers which, in the general interest, have gathered within a single market. In the present case, the different authorities are BH-P-housing and the ASBL Fees (APL Service) and have, by mutual agreement, designated as a competent organ to intervene in their collective name, as a contracting authority, the SLSP BH-P-Housing. Despite the uniqueness of the market, the attention of tenderers is drawn to the fact that in practice, the costs of costs and fees will be sent by the contractor to each sponsor separately for his "order" and the payments will be made directly by the various entities of the market.
