- In the context of glass collection, IVAGO is looking for a partner for the stickers and distribution of plastic glass containers to an estimated 72,500 addresses within the small ring road (R40) of Ghent. IVAGO wants a bottle bank for every private address within this zone to have glass collection delivered. The distribution will be made on the basis of address lists made available by IVAGO. The supplier of the containers is the Engels company: they will deliver the containers according to a rhythm that is in accordance with the selected executor and IVAGO will be agreed. Partial deliveries are possible, but full loads are delivered per 3 to avoid additional costs. In terms of implementation, concrete working agreements are made in consultation between IVAGO, the winning party The tenderer and the supplier of the containers agree on whether everything should be delivered in 1 or several partial deliveries.
