- The 2024-2028 public service contract concluded between the Brussels-Capital Region and the STIB provides that the Region, in close collaboration with the STIB, proceeds annually to STIB customers to an assessment of the collection of services offered by it. This barometer will have the vocation to be an assessment instrument for the region and a practical instrument for the Stib trade policy. This assessment, below called "Stib 2025 clients barometer", will focus on facts and resulting observations.
