Purpose of the contract
The purpose of this contract is the supply of sterile single-use equipment used in ophthalmic surgery to the various sites of the contracting authority.

Allotment
Given the strict consistency necessary between the different instruments and sets, this contract is not divided into lots.
Single lot: sterile material to single use for ophthalmic surgery
Positions: 8 postes for the instruments alone and 7 positions for the sets (cataract 1, cataract 2, chalazion, IOL extraction, suture, phaco vitrectomy C and vitrectomy 21)

Duration of the contract
The contract will be concluded for an initial period of 2 years, tacitly renewable twice forsuccessive terms of 1 year, thus bringing the maximum duration of the contract to 4 years (2 1 1).
At the latest 3 months before the end of the current term, the contracting authority may waive the tacit renewal. This waiver must not be motivated and will not give any right to compensation inns the head of the successful bidder.
Orders issued before the expiry date of the contract will remain executable.
Estimated value of the contract
Based on the current purchasing data of the contracting authority, the value of the contract is estimated at an amount annual cost of approximately €260,000 excluding VAT, or €1,040,000 excluding VAT...
