- Through the network Everyone earns Holiday (IVV) supports Tourism Flanders holidaymakers with a limited budget, a disability, or a special need to take a day trip or multi -day holiday in Flanders. Social organizations (E.G., CAW, Poverty Organizations, OCMW) and RAP Op Step offices help with the registration and guidance of beneficiaries, while tourist providers are committed to making an offer available at a reduced social rate to holidaymakers. The subject of the assignment is to conduct a study into the affordability/feasibility of social rates based on both the perspective of the holiday maker, and the perspective of the tourist entrepreneur and the possible structural anchoring of an IVV offer in the provider's business models. The aim of this assignment includes two shutters: to investigate on the supply side (tourist entrepreneurs) which methodologies and business models are (can) be used within the offer to anchor the IVV operation as part of a profitable business operations.
