This assignment relates to the following works: - Restyling Inkportaal and Inkzone, Sanitair, Local Call Area (demolition, construction work, finishing and techniques); - renew showers on the ground floor; - Merging sports halls in -depth; - Place air groups in sports halls on the ground floor and floor (excluding large sports hall); - Optimization Legionella rinse system; - energy -saving measures (renewing exterior joinery, relighting reception and smaller sports halls); - adjustment works (fire) safety; - bicycle storage for staff; - Lift for the disabled. Sports hall Luisbekelaar is functional but outdated and ready for a thorough restyling. The priority is laid on renewing the entrance zone and the annexes with changing rooms and adjusting technical installations (flushing system Legionella and ventilation). The large room remains in use during the works, not the front building. During the works the roof must be broken open, which is a risky procedure in the existing building.
