Total renovation roofing the Demervallei Sports Center above the judo room, gymnastics hall, changing rooms, corridor and storage. The total area is approximately 1,050.00 m2. See plan in Annex. As a tenderer you will be responsible for the total project, this means that all possible additional Working including your total price. The assignment means: -Leaving the existing seal including all lower layers up to the concrete support elements. -Building the roof according to the valid standards incl. Damp screen insulation and finish in EPDM or roofing. -A minimum RD value of 5.0 (m2K/W) must be achieved.
