Description:
The concession of a building under the sea dike, located at the underground garages 77 to 88 under the Albert I-Promenade in 8400 Ostend, known in the cadastral register in Ostend, 1st Division, Section A, as part of the number 1595 A 15 with the present beach zone, for the organization of a live radio event with a supporting catering function. The concession is granted for a period of 6 years, whereby the annual period of operation is limited to a total duration of 120 consecutive calendar days, construction and dismantling included in full. The concession must be open within these 120 calendar days at least in July and August. Within the operating period, the concessionaire has the right to organize a maximum of 5 special events each time 1 day to organize. Special events must obtain a separate permit from the Events Department, whereby the hours of the event can be determined additionally. The organization of the live radio event with setup and breakdown is subject to the prior annual permit of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
