Description:
The Diversity Policy Department wishes to rely on one or more service provider (s) of specialized job coaching for persons with disabilities and/ or chronic illness at entities of the Flemish government (one contractor per plot, see below), as well as group coaching/ awareness -raising. TheJob coaching must be continuously on demand and tailor -made depending on the question and/or need. She can relate to both the support of the staff member with a disability (or chronic illness) when applying for a certificate of recognition, support during employment(with attention to the support of the entity) as well as job coaching for people with disabilities (including chronic illness) who apply. In addition, a service provider in the context of this framework agreement for group coaching/awareness for the working environment can be invokedof staff with disabilities (or chronic illness).
