- Special specifications relating to services in order to comply with the new NIS2 law, which concerns the cybersecurity of networks and information systems of general interest for public security on behalf of the FPS Mobility and Transport There This mission concerns the support, via consultancy services, of the Inspection service of the General Directorate of Sustainable and Rail Mobility Policy (DGPMDF) in the execution of its tasks linked to the law of April 26, 2024 establishing a framework for the cybersecurity of networks and information systems of general interest for public security (hereinafter “NIS2 law”) and the Royal Decree of June 9, 2024 implementing the law of April 26, 2024 establishing a framework for the cybersecurity of networks and information systems of general interest for public security (hereinafter “NIS2 order”). This support includes in particular the development and implementation of inspection plans, the analysis of documents relating to cybersecurity received from operators railways, as well as active participation in the monitoring of these operators by one or more consultants. The contracting authority chooses the direct negotiated procedure with prior publication. The market does not include lots. This is a market for price schedule (R.E. April 18, 2017, art. 2, 4°). Variations are not permitted. Options are not allowed.
