- Special specifications for the provision of vehicles in the form of operational leasing for certain members of the staff of Charleroi Brussels-South airport (framework agreement)
The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of vehicles in the form of operational leasingnnel for certain members of staff at Charleroi Brussels South airport. On an ancillary basis, it also concerns the supply and installation of electric charging stations. This contract concerns the implementation of a framework agreement within the meaning of article 125 of the law of June 172016 "relating to public procurement", for S.A. B.S.C.A. as well as the S.A. B.S.C.A. Security. Three companies will be designated at the end of the award procedure. When a need arises, these three participants will be put back into competition according to the terms provided for in this document.special specifications. This contract covers: • So-called "supervision" vehicles; • So-called "salary sacrifice" vehicles. Operational leasing means the provision of vehicles upon payment of a fixed monthly rent covering all costs of the vehicle.THE.
