Special specifications relating to preliminary study services to replace the Federal Accounting Program
This contract focuses on: the maintenance of the current FedCom application (more explanations on FEDCOM in point 7.4.2), based on SAP ECC, will no longer be ensured by the software provider after 31/12/2027. Fedcom is used by FPS and SPP.The Federal and Procurement General Directorate (DG CFP) provides for the medium term to publish a market research to acquire new accounting software. Before publishing this public contract, the DG CFP wishes to carry out a transparent, open and independent study to find out what its possibilities are to replace the current application, and among them, what are the most indicated ones for the Federal Administration.The DG CFP also wants to take this opportunity to view current users and future potential users, and get feedback on their expectations and needs vis-à-vis the new accounting software.The study should also Take into account the FAAS application and the needs of 'federal institutions'.
