- This market relates to a framework agreement for sign language interpretation services for the various services of the SPF Social Security. The market concerns a framework agreement with maximum 10 participants per lot. Subsequent markets will be passed according to a cascade system depending on the final classification. The contracting authority chooses the direct negotiated procedure with prior publication. The tenderer is free to submit an offer for one or for several lots. The market has several lots: • Lot 1: face-to-face interpretation between the spoken language and the sign language (and vice versa) during meetings, training or conferences in the Brussels-Capital Region or in any other designated place: NL-VGT and VGT-NL. • Lot 2: Online interpretation between spoken language and sign language (and vice versa) during meetings, training or conferences: NL-VGT and VGT-NL. • Lot 3: Co-interpretation consisting of a collaboration between an interpreter hearing-who interprets Dutch towards the Flemish Sign Language (VGT) and vice versa-and a deaf interpreter-which interprets Flemish sign language towards the language ...
