This assignment concerns the purchase, delivery and installation of a spatial multiplex imager, based on fluorescence. This is an advanced, fully integrated cell and tissue imaging system for research applications in one biomedical context. The system must be an easy-to-use all-in-one digital microscope with integrated camera, optics, lighting and image processing software, and must support multiple magnifications for both brightfield and multichannel (8) fluorescent applications. Explanation: This order includes at least the following elements: - Purchase, delivery and installation of the multiplex imager including all accessories and any dedicated consumables necessary for correct use - Training for at least 3 employees - Optional maintenance contract - Optional Software for data - analysis The order concerns a one-off purchase, including (optional) the associated maintenance and service tasks for 5 years (the depreciation period) of the device. The contractual conditions (including regarding the service levels offered, price revisions, etc.) remain valid as long as the device is in service.
