The market consists of a service of various cleaning and maintenance services such as track maintenance, maintenance of roads and paddocks, filth management, rental of mobile toilets, etc. Application of article 9, §4 of the royal decree of January 14, 2013 establishing the general rules for the execution of public procurement (hereinafter "the RGE"), the attention of the tenderer is paid to the fact that the Present specifications of the charges derogates due to the specificities of the market to the following provisions:- the provision of services being planned on an annual basis, the amount of the surety (article 25, §2 RGE) is set at 5 % of the amount of the market for the 'Execution for a year .- Given that the nature of the market requires rapid intervention to allow the service provider to repair his breach without delay, the finding of ...
