Description:
The Stib wishes to outsource construction (build) and execution (run) for:
- PKI (public Key infrastructure) solutions on site emitting internal certificates.
- Optionally, so-called native cloud solutions emitting internal certificates.

The project consists ofCreate and maintain a "PKI-IN-A-Box" solution on site in order to emit and manage certificates for users, devices and internal services. Certificates should be able to be deployed on OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) systems. Besides thePKI-IN-A-Box itself, an automation platform should be created to orchestrate the automatic renewals of internal and external (public) certificates. In addition, professional services must be provided to maintain systems and provide integration assistanceExisting applications in the newly constructed PKI solution.
The estimate of the volume of certificates to be produced is as follows:
• Certificates of internal user: between 10,000 and 25,000
• Certificates of internal devices: between 10,000 and 50,000
• Internal service certificates:entre 1 000 et 5 000
