- There are two contaminated zones on the site. Near the former tank site, there is contamination with mineral oil and volatile aromatics in the soil and groundwater. The solid part of the earth at the garage workshop is contaminated with mineral oil. Both contamination will be removed by excavation with drainage. Stability measures are required near the garage. After remediation, the concrete pavement must be repaired (partly liquid-tight). Also serves a new fencing to be installed, as well as grass to be sown and a hedge and two trees to be planted.
