The purpose of this service market is to set up a software solution for staff and task management in order to meet the needs of the operational departments of LiegeAirport. The market is a service market with a firm tranche and a Conditional tranche. The purpose of the firm phase is:- The solution and the modules required- The provision of the solution on a SaaS environment- specific developments and customizations for the integration of the solution into the Liege Airport environment- Tests- Documentation and training;- Licenses (also including the maintenance of the solution)- the support the "evolving" conditional tranche, is intended: we mean by Evolitivity, the implementation of services allowing the evolutions of the solution on the basis of the evolution of the Airport Liege needs. The number of hours to devote to this tranche amounts to 160 h/year. The conditional tranche could be lifted from the second year of use.
