Description:
The ZAS hospitals are looking for a software solution for managing allergens and recipes in their various kitchens. The solution must be simple and intuitive to use (dummy-proof) and integrate seamlessly with the meal management system (Nutrition module) from HIX (Chipsoft)
Functional requirements
The software must offer at least the following functionalities:
. Allergen management: Automatic detection and processing of allergens in recipe management.
. Recipe management: Support for multiple kitchens with shared recipes, with the data correct per kitchen in the Nutrition module from HIX is processed.
. User-friendliness: Intuitive and error-proof interface (no in-depth IT knowledge required).
. Scalability: Must be suitable for multiple hospitals
. Integration with Chipsoft (HIX): Seamless integration with HIX's Nutrition module, where recipe data (ingredients, nutritional value, allergens, etc.) are correctly assigned.
. User management: Possibility to assign access levels for dietitians, kitchen staff and IT management, with a detailed permission structure at kitchen level and user type (e.g. dietitians, chefs, etc.). It is possible to assign read and write rights per kitchen at user level.
. Support for multiple locations and kitchens.
. APIs or other methods for real-time integration with HIX's Nutrition module.
