- By implementing a Software package debtor management, the need to manage the outstanding progress more digitally. The aim is to reduce part of the tasks for outgoing invoices, to receive payments faster and timely and thereby also reduce the administrative burden at the Finance Service. In addition, there is also a need to be able to monitor and report the current state of affairs with regard to debtor management so that adjustment is possible in time. Since the invoicing at our emergency service zone largely concerns private individuals where we do not have e -mail address and/or telephone number, documents will have to be largely sent by post. A fast and user -friendly effect of this is important. Sending documents and/or follow-up will therefore not be done so much via e-mail, telephone or SMS.
