The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement for "Software Broker & Sam Consultancy". The present purchase file includes following activities to be able to realize these lenses: • acquiring the required software with accompanying services. • Support with the operationalmanaging tasks including keeping an inventory of the purchased licenses and the overview of the maintenance contracts; Timely initiating extensions and cancellations (continuity guarantee); Ensuring that Fluvius has the underlying contracts and terms of use, License Keys and the like.• Acquiring SAM (Software Asset Management) Expertise. In Scope there are the following elements: • Perpetual software and licenses, including the accompanying maintenance and support contracts; • Software based on subscriptions (rent of software and licenses) including the accompanyingservices; • Software that fits within a SaaS context (Software AS A Service), including the associated services; • Cloud products and services (including Azure, Oracle Oci, ...).
