MARKET CONTEXT:
The 3 Hautes Ecoles subsidized by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation use software called ProEco for two aspects: teaching management and career management of staff members. The ASBL INFODIDAC at the base of the creation of the software, and which hasensured its maintenance, announced (May 2022) the end of the provision of the tool in higher education for December 2024.
The 3 Hautes Ecoles took the decision to develop together a new ERP for the teaching part. However, it is also necessary to find one ortil for the management of the careers of our staff members, before December 2024.
The loss of the software also invites institutions to rethink their personnel management and to look for more efficient IT tools in order to develop other areas of HRM, in particular the "HR software".
At the same time, each institution already uses a social secretariat to manage the payroll of its contractual staff members (/- 20%).
Within our institutions, we attach primary importance to proximity and human engagement as core valuesndamentals. We do not view our service providers as mere suppliers, but rather as true partners.
