- This market will be awarded as much as possible to 3 tenderers in the form of a framework agreement for development, implementation, maintenance and support for software applications. Based on the principle of mini-competition, the subsequent markets will be put into competition between the contractorsof the framework agreement. Subsequent markets will resume a large part of the "Application Development and Maintenance Services (ADMS)" activities of the SNCB. The framework agreement will have a fixed duration of eight (8) years.
