Description:
Framework agreement for carrying out maintenance, checks and validation procedures of the continuous emission measurement of the incineration plant in Cilva, in accordance with the VLAREM II regulations. The tenderer must quote the price for: •Maintenance: oSemi-annual maintenance of the installation iincluding the replacement of parts oHourly rate for ad hoc services that may result from the checks. • Check and validation: o a 3-yearly QAL2 (1 piece) o an annual AST check (3 pieces) if no QAL2 is provided. Maintenance on the one hand and control and validation on the otheron the other hand, must be carried out by separate entities that guarantee the entire service provision as a subcontractor. The application for participation must clearly indicate who is the main contractor and subcontractor. The controls and validation procedures serven to be carried out by a recognized laboratory in the air discipline. The generally applicable conditions for incineration and co-incineration installations are described in subsection 5.2.3bis.1 of Vlarem II. More specifically, Article 5.2.3bis.1.24 § 3 sets out the conditions for the implementationren checks: "The quality assurance of the automated measuring systems is carried out in accordance with CEN standards.
