Description:
The market consists of providing services relating to the maintenance and cleaning of the premises of the head office of the housing company as well as the common premises of buildings with apartments located on the borough of Philippeville. This market is a service market in the sense of Article 2, 21 , of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement. The technical prescriptions to which services must be answered are included in point III of the special specifications. By its offer, the retained tenderer undertakes to carry out the services in accordance With these prescriptions.
