Smart Lockers for employees, doctors, patients and visitors This assignment concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of a combination of metal and HPL smart lockers that are centrally controlled by software for the Lokeren and Beveren. The lockers must be offered in different sizes depending on the application, allowing for both individual and flexible use depending on location and use; The operation and appropriation of the lockers will for employees and doctors this is done using the hospital access badge and for the patient/visitor using a QR and/or barcode, both on a registration screen where a locker of your choice can then be taken. Through the central software, administrators can remotely monitor and manage usage. In order to estimate the size of this assignment, the contracting authority provides a forecast of the numbers of Smart Lockers below: Campus Lokeren (Lepelstraat 2, 9160 Lokeren): A total of ± 620 lockers, ranging from cloakroom lockers to small lockers for storing valuables with about 12 registration consoles. Campus Beveren (Oude Zandstraat 99, 9120 Beveren): A total of ± 470 lockers, of which something less than half are cloakroom lockers and the other half are small lockers for storing valuables with about 5 registration consoles.
