Description:
This is a multi-year supply contract relating to small LV insulated cables and wires. The aim of the market is to conclude a Framework Agreement with several Economic Operators. The goal is to conclude a cascading Framework Agreement with the first 2 Bidders classified according to the criteriaattribution. Only the Bidder ranked first according to the award criteria will be considered an "active" Winner. The other Bidder (ranked second) will be considered as a "reserve" Winner. His contract can only be activated in the event of failure of the Adjudicataactive ire (cascade principle). Consequently, the defaulting Contractor, in accordance with the automatic measures provided for in the Royal Decree of 01/14/2013 establishing the general rules for the execution of public contracts, will see his contract, for the said Framework Agreement, terminated, and this for the remainder of the termthe Framework Agreement. The market consists of 3 lots: Lot 1: H07RN-F cables Lot 2: XVB cables Lot 3: VOB, VOBS and VOBST wires It is possible to submit an application for one or more lots.
