- This is a framework agreement regarding the transport of various class 1 waste from Belgoprocess to a licensed class 1 waste processor. It is important to know here that the collection of waste streams on the site can be carried out in the controlled zone of Belgoprocess. To this end, the access procedure must be followed to the controlled zone including the obtaining of safety certificates/ safety authorizations (for the contractor, are any subcontractors and their staff) and the submission of medical certificates before the performance can start on site. The contractor must also be aware that special work procedures apply in this zone.
