Description:
This assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for carrying out maintenance, checks and validation procedures of the continuous emission measurement of the combustion installation in building 137x (CILVA), in accordance with the VLAREM II regulations.
The tenderer must give up the price for:
•Maintenance:
all maintenance of the installation including the replacement of parts
Egging rate for ad hoc performance that could possibly follow from the checks.
• Control and validation:
Oee 3-year-old qal2 (1 piece)
oo annual AST check (3 pieces) when there is no QAL2 provided
Maintenance on the one hand and checking and validation on the other should be carried out by individual entities that guarantee the whole of the services in subcontracting. The quotation must clearly indicate who as the main contractor and subcontractor occurs. The checks and validation procedures must be carried out by a
Recognized laboratory in the air discipline.
