Description:
The project definition describes the following assignment in general: The project provides for the construction of an additional building for the primary school of Daltonschool Momentum. Primary school is completely moving to the site on the Rummenweg where the kindergarten is already located. It Kindergarten building will be retained integrally. The new project provides a link with the existing building and has ample attention for the connection with the outside environment. The indicative project budget is 5,045,000 euros incl. VAT and study costs. With a view to monitoring costs and installments, It was decided to carry out the assignment via a "DB formula", in particular one government contract for the design and implementation of the services provided and works until the final delivery by the contractor. A number of milestone payments are provided by indicative during the implementation.
