1. The works include maintenance works on the following infrastructure: - The execution of all kinds of maintenance works and repair works on and along the maritime access roads with its assistant constructions such as waiting steations, tube piles, Dukdalven, quay walls, banks, harbor fires, etc. And this after wear or after damage due to accidents according to the items of the price list or according to the registration items for recurring assignments. All deliveries, transactions and deployment of all kinds of material, equipment and staff needed to perform these works. ; - de installation, maintenance and removal of the necessary signage and safety measures; - the delivery of all materials and ground spoil uses in this contract, unless the contractual provisions explicitly determine it otherwise; - the maintenance of the works carried out during the Guarantee period. 2. Exercise of the patrimony (not exhaustive): the statement of the patrimony is not binding and not restrictive.
