Description:
This market is part of an operational context with high criticality, where geographic information systems play a strategic role in supporting emergency interventions, interservice coordination and activity continuity. The objectives pursued are as follows:
. Strengthen GIS capacities in a logic of support for critical operations: it is a question of setting up a SIG environment capable of supporting operational decisions in real time, with reliable, structured, geolocalized and contextual data, for all the actors concerned.
. Guarantee the operational continuity of the GIS services, even in crisis: the GIS must remain available and functional, whatever the circumstances (network breakdowns, power outages, overload of systems, etc.), in particular thanks to mechanisms of tolerance to breakdowns, of Offline synchronization and recovery after disaster.
Implementing robust technical solutions, audited and tested regularly under constraint: the SIG environment must be able to be validated through load, resilience, and rigorous security tests, in order to guarantee its performance in real conditions. The objective is to have a proven solution, which is resistant to the most demanding emergency situations.
