There is a multi-year market relating to the supply of kits and accessories for boxes for smart meters. The goal of the market is to conclude a framework agreement with several economic operators. For Lot 1: The 2 best offers on the basis of the total rating of the batch allocation criterion will be awarded a framework agreement. • In order to ensure supply security, we will apply the Dual Sourcing principle for items with an estimated annual purchase volume. The distribution will be made according to the difference between the first and the second offer on the basis of the total rating of the attribution criterion. If the difference in the total rating of the attribution criterion is too large (it will be defined in the special specifications) we will apply the principle of single sourcing and will provide, for these items, a sufficient reserve stock in the contractor. In this case the second classified becomes a reserve contractor for these items. • For items with an annual volume of annual estimated low, only the bidder classified first according to the award criterion will be considered ...
