The object of the market for market procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the replacement of the current energy management tool and includes:- The energy management software includes a management module energy contracts and its maintenance;- the exploitation of software in "software as a service" mode- the support services for the contracting authority within the framework of the exploitation and the evolution of the application. 'Purchase of the computer hardware necessary for the support of the software is excluded from the scope of this market. The costs of the tool are paid by the contracting authority and the costs are covered by a regional subsidy.
