Description:
The aim of the concession is the delivery, installation and exploitation in the public domain of charging infrastructure (normal and half -fast load) for electric vehicles, accessible to the public, with a view to offering and exploiting a charging service. The concession includes all services that are needed to achieve her goal. The concessionaire provides charging infrastructure that meets the minimum technical and functional requirements that are described in the specifications. The concession contains only one plot: delivery, installation and operation from 400 to 1,200 charging stations/800 to 2,400 Charging points, accessible to the public, for electric vehicles in the Brussels -Capital Region. An indicative list of approximately 400 first locations is included in the appendix to this guide. In addition, around 40 charging points on lighting piles will also be part of the concession. It is estimated that 85% of these charging points will have a capacity of 7.4 kW and 15% of 11 kW.
