- The object of the contract is the signing of a framework agreement for the execution of building work (renovation, maintenance, etc.) in the cabins of the electricity network and the gas network and occasionally work on other sites of the Contracting authority. The works include, among others: • Trfoundation slopes • Concreting of floors • Treatment of concrete • Paving and development of access roads • Anchoring of floors in walls • Stabilization of floors • Placement of windows and doors • Placement of access hatches • Painting work • Installation of secure doors • Placement of graysafety lles • Certain roofing work (limited) • Small constructions (masonry and ceilinging) • Framing work • Waterproofing work The contract consists of 3 lots: 1. (rem)Placement Access hatches This lot includes the placement and replacement of hatches or access slabs,personal access and/or material access, and ventilation hoppers to the distribution cabins of the gas and electricity networks. The supply of hatches or access slabs is not included in this lot. 2. Small building and maintenance work in MV/LV transformer cabins and cabines gaz This lot targets small building works in MV/LV transformation cabins and gas cabins and occasionally on other sites of the Contracting Authority, for example masonry, waterproofing, framing, painting, roof repair, installation of grilles , etc. 3.
