Description:
This order concerns the supply of shut-off valves intended for VITO's geothermal installation. Scope of the contract: The contract includes in total the supply of three (3) pairs of shut-off valves, which will be carried out in two phases, as set out below. Phases of implementation: Phase 1 The delivery of one (1) pair of shut-off valves, followed by a technical and functional inspection of this pair. Phase 2 The supply of two (2) additional pairs of shut-off valves constitutes a conditional order. The activation of this conditional command is not automatic and only occurs if the following conditions are cumulatively met: • the pair of shut-off valves delivered in phase 1 successfully passes both the technical and functional inspection; and • VITO has the necessary budgetary credits at the time of activation to place the order.
