• Who are we? Havenwereld vzw is an initiative of the Province of Antwerp and Port of Antwerp-Bruges. Our goal: to introduce visitors, schools and young people to the port of today and tomorrow in an interactive way. We will open a new one in December 2026 port experience center at the Droogdokken site in Antwerp. We expect approximately 54,000 visitors annually, of which approximately 24,000 are students and 30,000 are recreational visitors. What are we looking for input for? There will be a small shop next to the experience center the counter. Space is limited, with few storage options — so we are looking for a compact and high-quality offering rather than an extensive collection. We are curious about products that match the port identity and the experience of Havenwereld: attractive, accessible and relevant to our audience. These can be existing products, newly developed concepts, or a combination of both. Important: you do not have to offer a complete range. Do you have one nice product that fits inside? Port world? Then we would like to hear that. We are open to any proposal, large or small. For whom? The shop focuses on young people, recreational visitors and educational groups. Connection to their living environment, contemporary design and affordability are important criteria, just like sustainability of materials and production process.
