• Lot 1: insurance for the UGent fleet This plot concerns: - insuring the Ghent University fleet for civil liability (BA) in accordance with the legal conditions and for legal assistance; -full comprehensive insurance for a number of specific designated motor vehicles from the fleet of Ghent University in accordance with the conditions imposed via technical appendix 1 to the specifications. Lot 2: comprehensive insurance for business travel, personal motor vehicle/bicycle This plot concerns the closing of a collective full comprehensive insurance for the damage that staff members, (post)doctoral fellows, any other employees, mandataries, appointees, volunteers of or persons who work for Ghent University may suffer during business travel in a personal carriage and with insurance for the risks and in accordance with the conditions imposed via technical appendix 1 to the specifications. A business trip is a trip that these persons undertake on behalf of Ghent University on their behalf work for Ghent University with the insured carriage →for which, insofar as it concerns a journey of 5 km or more (single journey), they are entitled to a km allowance paid by Ghent University; → insofar as it concerns a journey of less than 5 km (single route) (as a result of which they are not entitled to a km allowance).
